SO MOCHI® started as a tiny bakery experiment with one mochi donut recipe and a lot of optimism. Today we're a happy little shop in DTLA cranking out chewy pon-de-ring donuts in a rotating lineup of flavors, plus Korean rice corn dogs, premium boba teas, and taiyaki soft serve.
The mochi rice flour gives our donuts that signature springy, chewy bite — totally different from the cake or yeast donuts you grew up with. We make every batch fresh in-house, in small drops, with a daisy stamped on every box.
